| This was Sarah Waltner's second visit to Africa.
Almost from the day she returned from the first visit she began using much of
her energy toward helping the people of Africa. Her passion for Africa is
deep and she is someone who cannot wait to serve. After being on the July
2007 Outreach Team her return so quickly was truly an ACT of Thanksgiving.
Sarah gave up the Thanksgiving holiday with family and she also had to spend her
birthday in Africa to join the Thanksgiving Outreach. Sarah's birthday
gave the team another reason to celebrate. The team was able to put
together a birthday party complete with a birthday cake! (We think she is
29.) Sarah's heart is mainly focused on the need in the Victoria falls area of Zimbabwe. Sarah's smile softens hearts, and she works tirelessly for those struggle under difficult circumstances in Africa.
